Acclaimed Manchester designer Adnan Bayyat has been commissioned by Madame Tussauds to create a stunning Ice dress for the launch of Lady Gaga’s waxwork across five countries.

Adnan used 50,000 metres of reclaimed cling film to create the stunning dress which Lady Gaga wore at the international launch event.
